How do I instruct a LEGAL Court Process Server?

Working with an Intime Investigations legal process server means you will benefit from the services of a reputable agency, highly skilled in finding even the most evasive and elusive people and conducting all investigations with discretion. Intime Investigations ensure a professional service to every one of our clients, providing frequent and detailed updates in line with your outlined requirements.Ā Upon instruction we will collect the documents from your office or residential address, or you can email them to us (including large files). There may be a nominal charge for printing.Ā

Our approach can be firm when required but because we know how delicate and different every situation can be, our UK process servers have extensive experience and are trained to understand, help and empathise when required. Thatā€™s why our success rate is so high, we will serve your papers when you need them served (normally within 24hrs of instruction)

One of our process servers will then attend the address as laid out in the brief to collect the document from you directly. If you need to arrange alternate handover of the document, this can be arranged directly by getting in contact with our agents.

Upon successful serving of your document to the intended recipient, your process server will return a sworn statement of service or an affidavit to you as proof.Ā

Our process server will make 3 attempts to serve your papers. We will update you throughout the process throughout the process so you know whatā€™s going on and subsequently ensure a successful outcome. We may be required to attend the respondents address out of hours, which is included in the cost. Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā Ā We are able serve court documents over the weekend and are happy to liaise with clients throughout the process.

If required we may be required to carry out discreet enquiries with neighbours to confirm residency this also included in our fixed fee court document process service.

If we are unable to meet with the Respondent and personally serve the documents, we will make every effort to confirm that the Respondent continues to reside at the address with anyone we meet at the property or nearby properties.Ā

If this confirmation cannot be obtained and we are unable to meet with the Respondent, you will need to proceed with a process known as substitute service, which we can provide you with a Statement to facilitate.

All information obtained will be reported, documented and communicated, and when the process has been completed, youā€™ll receive the relevant proof of service thatā€™ll be concise and also court compliant.

We would be happy to discuss your process serving requirements so give us a call on 0207 060 2907.
